Our Policies
Return Policy
If the customer is unhappy with their purchase for whatever reason, we will work hard to make sure they are satisfied. We do guarantee our product. When the customer orders the piece, they will be asked for the size needed. Instructions on how to measure can be found on our FAQ's page. If the piece is created and measures correctly in size supplied by the customer, there will not be a replacement without charge for that piece. If it is a miscalculation on Ron's part, he will replace the piece. If the measurements were incorrect due to a customer oversight, we will resize the piece if at all possible or replace it with a different piece of the same value. There will be a charge for this service. The charge will depend on the amount of work needed.
We do not refund money. The
reason for this is the piece is handmade when it is ordered. It is custom made
for the individual. It may or may not be a resalable piece. He will, however, do
his best to correct the piece for the customer. The customer has 30 days to let
us know by email that he/she is dissatisfied with the product. If Ron has
worked with the customer via drawings and the final drawing was agreed upon,
there is absolutely no refund or redesign. This will be a piece he
will not be able to use. He does not duplicate the designs.

Each Custom Jewelry piece is individually created, very few pieces are alike. There are only 4 pieces that do not allow for variation. Pictures are for assistance in designing your particular piece and should not be considered exact images of your finished product. Ron is a designer of unique, handcrafted Native American style pieces. We offer them online for your convenience. Ron uses quality stones such as Turquoise, Coral, Sugilite, Opal, charoite, and many others.
Tribe Azure reserves the right to publish any piece of jewelry or art designed by any of our participating artists.
Order Info
We will contact you within 5 business days to confirm your order. Your jewelry will be shipped 2-3 weeks of ordering. There are certain situations that may require a 4-6 week timeframe. Rush Order may be available. E-mail us at sales@tribeazure.com to inquire.
Guarantee of Quality
We guarantee that our products are carefully hand crafted. There is no casting. Should the piece become damaged, Ron will repair it for a modest fee. If the flaw is in any way his oversight, the work will be done free of cost. If you have any problems with your piece, email us at sales@tribeazure.com.
